Users can add and edit Contract Paragraphs to best fit their needs.


How to Add a New Contract Paragraph

  1. Open the Contact Paragraph window by hovering over Codebook in the Navigation Panel and clicking Contact Paragraph.
  2. Click Newentry.JPG on the bottom left.
  3. Input the paragraph text.

  4. Click Save.JPG when finished.


Using Custom Contract Paragraphs in Termite Reports

To use your custom Contract Paragraphs in termite reports, you can go through the process until you reach the Contract, or you can skip directly to the step by clicking on the square box under Contract in the process line located at the top.

  1. Scroll down to the Paragraph Body section, press the drop down arrow and click on the paragraph tag you want to choose.
  2. If you wish to keep the new paragraph as the default for every termite report, check the mini box on the right (Doing this will not effect previous reports).
  • You may also edit and add new paragraphs right then and there by clicking on the File:Edit.JPG next to Paragraph Body

Managing Contract Paragraphs

To edit a paragraph, click on the Edit.png icon next to the entry you want to edit.
To delete a paragraph, check the small box to the left side of the Edit.png icon, then click Deleteselected.jpg. You may check more than one entry at a time.

Importing Contract Paragraphs

  1. Click Importlist.jpg on Contract Paragraphs.

  2. If you have already downloaded the Paragraphs template, you may skip this step. If you haven't, click DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE. You MUST format the spreadsheet correctly for the import to work.
  If you do not have the program Microsoft Excel, you can download the free spreadsheet program from Open Office here.
3. The template will begin downloading. Click the file on the bottom bar of your browser to continue.
4. Fill out the spreadsheet following the outlined categories. When you have finished, make sure to save.

5. Go back to TermiteKiosk. Now, at the Import Paragraph Body screen, click SELECT A FILE and locate the saved document in your computer, and open.
6. Click IMPORT


All the contents from the spreadsheet will appear individually in the Contract Paragraphs.

Exporting Contract Paragraphs

  1. Click Exportlist.jpg.
  2. You can choose to Export all the Contracts or just a selected few.

  3. Saving your Contract Paragraphs as an HTML will open a new tab with your text. Saving it as an XLS will save it as an Excel file and will begin downloading on your computer.
