On the left you can see is the system user information. By default, there are two user licenses available. Add a user by clicking on “Add User” on the bottom left corner. This will prompt you to input the e-mail address of the new user. Specify the privileges of the user by checking or unchecking the desired categories. When you finish, click “Send.<br>

Account Management - Enterprise Account

An Enterprise Account is useful especially for companies that write many reports. When upgrading, users can create unlimited reports and add multiple users to access the account.
The Account Management looks different in the Enterprise version.

How to Add More Users

  Note that adding users is not the same as adding licenses. When you first start out, you have 2 licenses available, the current user included. You can add more users until you have 0 licenses.
  1. Add a user by clicking on +.png Add User on the bottom left corner.
  2. This will prompt you to input the e-mail address of the new user. Specify the privileges of the user by checking or unchecking the desired categories.

  3. When you finish, click Send. The activation link will send to the e-mail address of the new user and will expire in 2 hours. The user will need to make a password for their new account.

  1. Click on Changesub.JPG, then Manage User Licenses.
  2. Click on +.png Purchase additional user licenses, and input how many licenses you would like to add.

  3. When you click Confirm, the price of another license will be automatically added to your monthly subscription.

How to Edit a User (as an Admin)

As an administrator, you can edit the users linked to the account. By clicking on the Edit.png icon next to the user's email address, you have the option to change user details like name, email, passwords, and privileges they have.
In addition, you can temporarily block the user's access into the system (Freeze User Access), or delete the user off the account. Doing this will refund the user license so you can add another user.

Cancel Subscription

Click on Changesub.JPG. You can cancel your Enterprise subscription by clicking Cancel Subscription, then Confirm.JPG.
