Note: The number of mobile accesses you can enable depends on the type of TermiteKiosk.com account you hold. Single User accounts can only have a maximum of one mobile access enabled at a time, while Enterprise users can have the same number of inspector mobile accesses enabled as the number of user licenses they hold (e.g. An Enterprise user cluster with 4 total users can enable up to 4 inspectors with mobile access).

12. Once activated, the set of logins will be used by the inspector to access the mobile application.

13. Back on your mobile device, you can now use the mobile access you have just created to log in.

14. You will notice that, unless there are jobs scheduled for this inspector, the dashboard will be empty.

15. Back on TermiteKiosk.com, go to Calendar, create an event, and select the Inspector with mobile access enabled.

16. In this example, two events have been scheduled for the inspector for whom mobile access is enabled.

17. Back on the mobile device, when you refresh the schedule, you'll notice that the two jobs scheduled on the previous step now appear on the list.
2. Tap on 'Search' icon found at the bottom of the page.

3. Type in 'TermiteKiosk' as keyword, and search. Click the install icon to install the application to your mobile device.

4. Once the download and installation is complete, tap on the TermiteKiosk icon to launch the mobile application.
This walk-through will cover writing a NPMA Termite Report.
For an in depth walk-through on how to write a termite report with TermiteKiosk, click on the help icon located at the top right for a video tutorial.
At any time you can save your progress by clicking on Save located next to the top center where the report number is written.
Front Page
The first step is to fill out the inspected property information.
*You can manually input the date of inspection, or you can click the calendar icon and select a date.
*Your company name will be automatically set as default, but you can always edit it by clicking on the pencil icon.
*The Lead Source field is an optional field that collects information to generate aggregate lead source reports. Information collected from this field is used to generate marketing reports for you in the Management Panel.
*Click on the pencil icon to view the list of lead sources you can choose from, or type in your own and click "Add New" at the bottom.

Indicated who inspected the property. You may input it manually or you can click on the edit icon to select out of your list of inspectors.
*You can also edit the inspector information by clicking on the pencil icon next to the name.
*Add a new inspector by simply clicking on "New Inspector" at the bottom left.

Next, fill out the Findings & Recommendations sections.
*You can see that by default, option A is selected, meaning there was no visible evidence. When you select option B, you will see more text boxes appear. Input the information from the inspection.

Next, fill out the Recommendations section.
*Likewise you can also select to have no treatment which is the first option

You can choose to set the selected Tail section as default by checking the box on the right.
*When you complete the form, you can Create an Invoice for the Inspection, Print/E-mail the report, or Save and Exit.

Save Report as a PDF file
Due to the nature of the e-mail function (automatically generated, large volume), the e-mail may be put into the spam box or sometimes fail to send. This is entirely dependent on the policy of the e-mail server associated with the recipient's domain.
To have 100% control over your e-mails , click Print to generate a PDF in a new tab, right-click on the document and click Save as to save to your computer. Then you can send the report out from your own e-mail as a file attachment.
